The South Texas Chapter will hold a chapter meeting on February 2, 2009 at 7:00pm. An election will be held at this meeting. All candidates for the election should be present at the meeting for a short meet and greet.

Oakhampton Apartments off Harry Wurzbach Pkwy inside 410.

When entering the apartment complex please enter gate code: 0988. Proceed straight back to the Club House approx 100 yards. There will be signs leading to the door located around the side of the building, go through the gate and into the side door. If you need directions please email psualumnisa@gmail.com
Deadline for ballots is February 2nd. If you cannot attend the meeting please email psualumnisa@gmail.com and we will give send you a local address to mail in your ballots.
***NOTE***Please put your return name and email address on envelopes. Without a return address and name on the envelope the ballot will not be counted. All ballots will remained sealed and will be counted by two random attendants at the meeting.
The outcome of the election will be announced at the meeting and will be emailed to the chapter email list as well.
